Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Pay Rate: $22-$30 per hour

Location: Kent, WA

Work Schedules: M-F 7am-3:30pm

Summary:

Our client is a rapidly growing provider of emergency communications, temporary power solutions, and disaster response support services throughout the Western United States. Their teams help utilities, emergency response organizations, and critical infrastructure partners maintain connectivity and power during storms, outages, wildfires, and other emergency events. Due to an internal promotion, they are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Associate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow with an organization that values initiative, accountability, and career development.

Primary Duties:

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming parts, equipment, and materials.
• Manage inventory and maintain accurate records within NetSuite.
• Track and stock generator parts, filters, oil, and other equipment-related supplies.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts.
• Assist with basic generator maintenance and support activities.
• Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Travel approximately 20-30% to support additional company locations throughout the West Coast as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift certification or previous forklift experience.
• Experience using inventory management systems such as NetSuite.
• Background in warehouse, field service, utilities, telecommunications, power generation, equipment rental, or emergency response operations.
• Experience working in operational environments where flexibility and adaptability are essential.
